Federal Poly Ado-Ekiti Admits 3,928; Sanctions 13 Students

The Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti
State, last weekend matriculated 3,928 new
students for the 2014/2015 session.

2,376 of the matriculants were full-time
National Diploma (ND) students and 1,552
full-time Higher National Diploma (HND)
students.

Speaking during the event, the Rector of the
institution Dr. Theresa Akande warned the
students against engaging in any act of
indiscipline that may hinder the smooth
completion of their academic journey in the
institution.

Speaking further, she noted that about 13
students of the institution have been
sanctioned for various offences which
include examination malpractice and gross
misconduct.
