Kwara State Poly Appoints Mrs Olubunmi O Ajibade As New Deputy Rector
The Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin has appointed, Mrs Olubunmi Olayinka Ajibade, as the new Deputy Rector (Academic).
Untill her appointment, Mrs. Ajibade was the Director of Consultancy Services in the institution.
According to a statement issued and signed by Deputy Registrar (Establishment) Mr. Abdulrasak Amuda on behalf of the Registrar, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Tertiary Education, Mr. Aruna gave the approval sequel to the recommendation of her election by the Management to him.
The appointment which took effect from 3rd August, 2015 is for a non-renewable term of 3 years only.
Meanwhile, this appointment has paved way for the elevation of Engr. Ahmed Ayodele Aminu from Deputy Rector (Academic) to Deputy Rector (Administration).
The statement further explained that the terms of Engr. Ahmed Ayodele Aminu as Deputy Rector vide a letter Ref: Reap/782 dated 20th March, 2014 remained unchanged, noting that the expiration of his tenure as Deputy Rector (Administration) is 19th March, 2017.
