Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC) is now selling forms for admission into its Basic General Nursing and Post Basic General Nursing programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session. See the requirements and how to apply for OAU school of nursing form below.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife following programs:
- Basic General Nursing (This is a three-year programme commencing in October, 2020).
- Post Basic General Nursing (This is an eighteen-month programme commencing in March, 2021).

Basic General Nursing:
- Applicants must possess: WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He or she should be at least sixteen (16) years old on admission.
Post Basic General Nursing:
- Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with 5 credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- Be a registered Midwife or Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Have at least one year post registration working experience.

Basic General Nursing:
Application forms are obtainable online from the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife website www.oauthc.com at Eight Thousand Naira (N8000.00) only through remita platform via OAUTHC Website.
Passport Photograph: Two recent identical passport photographs should be attached to the application form.
Mode of Examination: The examination will be Computer Based Test.
Closing Date: 16th October, 2020.
Date of Entrance Examination: Entrance examination shall be conducted by the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nursing and Midwifery Central Selection Committee on Tuesday 20th & Wednesday 21st Oct., 2020.
Selection Interview: Between Monday 2nd & Friday 6th Nov., 2020
