Salem University, Lokoja Admitted 425 Students for 2015/2016 Academic Session

According to the statistics during the matriculation ceremony of the institution that was held recently, 425 students were admitted into different courses at Salem University, Lokoja.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Joseph Fuwape, warned the fresh students to shun all form of unruly behavior capable of truncating their education and future.

He implored them to adhere strictly to the rules and regulation of the institution and be committed to the core values of godliness, integrity, accountability, diligence and resourcefulness in the discharge of their duties.

The VC charged the freshers to be focused on their studies and stressed that they should strive for excellence and be of good conduct in and outside the campus.

Fuwape said that any student who contravenes the rule and regulations guiding their conduct in and outside the school would be dealt with according to the law.

The matriculation ceremony was witnessed by parents, guardians and well wishers of the new students.
