Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery Admission Form is out.

This is to inform all interested persons that admission forms for the September intake of the Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TARABASCNM) is on sale. Interested persons must possess the below requirements;

TARABASCNM ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

For Basic Midwifery, candidates must possess at least 5 Credits in their ‘O’ level results WAEC, NECO or NABTEB which must include Mathematic, English Language Chemistry, Physics and Biology obtainable in not more than two sittings.

Meanwhile for Community Midwifery. Candidates must be indigenes of Taraba State and should possess the following requirements before applying:

4 Credits which must include English language and Biology in their ‘O’ Level results obtainable in not more than two sittings

Sales of forms have commenced and will end on Thursday 21st July, 2022.

Application form fee is N8000,00k only

HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION AT THE TARABA STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY

i. Visit the College Website via: https://tarabascnm.edu.ng/portal/application/register.php

ii. Create an account on the college portal

iii. Use your username and password to log in

iv. Make payment for application from via ATM Card

v. Fill the form carefully and submit online (Use only scratch cards that have not been used more than 3 times.)

vi. Print your payment slip, (evidence of payment) Application form and acknowledgement letter.

vii. The applicants should come along with the printed documents during aptitude test

APTITUDE TEST

The aptitude test will be on Friday 22nd July 2022.

Note: Prospective candidates should come along with their original documents and writing materials on the day of the aptitude test please.
