University Of Ibadan, UI Hostel Accommodation Online Payment Guideline For Freshers(newly Admitted Students), 2016/2017 Academic Session. UI Hostel/Hall Application Fee Is N14,000.
This is to inform all the Students of the University of Ibadan, UI that Payment for hostel accommodation is Currently on for all the undergraduate students who are offered provisional admission into the Institution in the 2016/2017 academic session. The step by step guide for the UI Hostel Accommodation payment is provided below.

How To Make Payment For University of Ibadan Hostel Accommodation
First Step.
Locate a computer system connected to the Internet and then access the University of Ibadan official Portal at (www.portal.ui.edu.ng) and when the webpage loads up, type in your JAMB Registration Number by clicking this link—> “NEW STUDENTS SHOULD CLICK HERE TO LOGIN” to view your Matriculation Number, Hall of Residence and personalized Email address.
Second Step.
Then Follow the link on the same page to “Click on Hall Application”. This will allow you to apply for accommodation and you will be offer the option of selecting your desired room.
Third Step.
Then Proceed to the U.I. portal at (www.portal.ui.edu.ng) using your login details (below is how to login, on the UserName: Insert Your Matriculation Number
On the Password: insert your password)
Fourth Step.
Read the terms and conditions, then scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will be able to click on the “I Agree” button to continue.
Fifth Step.
Upon ticking the “I Agree” button, a Fee Payment web page will be displayed, proceed by clicking on the “Pay your fee” button (this is located on the top right corner of the page), from there, you will be able to select your fee items.

Sixth Step.
Then Click on the “Add Selected Items to my Pay list”. Select the fee items that you want to pay for; (e.g. Bundled) (Ges/School levy).
Eligible first year and Final year student should select Accommodation levy in addition.
Seventh Step.
After selecting the items added to your pay list on Sixth step above, you can then proceed by Click on the “Proceed” button and wait for the PIN confirmation page to load.
(this page will display the correct amount of levy/fees to pay.)
Eighth Step.
You are to Log-out of this page for now and Proceed to any of the approved bank.
Obtain your School Charges Access Code PIN from any of the banks listed below through SW PinSystem. You will be issued access PIN upon payment at the bank.

Ninth Step.
You are to Obtain your Hostel Accommodation levy Access Code PIN from any branch of STANBIC IBTC Bank
Tenth Step.
LOGIN into the portal and repeat steps 5, 6 and 7 above. Select “PIN” mode of payment and click on Post Now.
*Important Notice*
All students of University of Ibadan, UI, should take note that payment for accommodation and school levy has to be carried out separately on the University Website.
After confirming that your payment is successful, you will be automatically redirected to your personalized school portal page and you are ADVICE (changing your password is a MUST) to change YOUR password and update your personal details before you can proceed with other registration on the School portal.
