FG Declares September 24th & 25th Public Holidays For Id-El-Kabir

The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Thursday, 24th and Friday, 25th September, 2015 as Public Holidays to mark this year’s Id-El-Kabir celebration.

This was contained in a statement by the Director of Press, Ministry of Interior, Yusuf Isiaka Alhaji on behalf of the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary Abubakar Magaji on Monday.

Magaji enjoined all Muslim faithfuls and Nigerians from all walks of life to extend the religious benefits of the Id-El-Kabir festival, which includes love, peace, empathy and tolerance to one another for the overall development of the nation.

He assured Nigerians that the present administration is determined to build a peaceful, united and virile nation.
