OPEN: CIPM Annual ESSAY Competition 2015 Application is Out

The Chartered Institute of Personnel
Management of Nigeria was established as
an umbrella Association for Practitioners of
Personnel Management in 1968 as the
Personnel Management Association of
Nigeria. In 1973, it was renamed as
Institute of Personnel Management of
Nigeria. Finally, Act No 58 of 1992 chartered
the Institute.

CIPM

Objectives:
Winning the war against corruption in
Nigeria through the promotion of our
ethical values

PARTICIPANTS:
Undergraduates in Nigerian Universities &
Polytechnics

REQUIREMENTS:

i Reference letter from the Registrar of their
institution

ii Photocopy of Admission letter to their
current institution

iii One recent passport sized photograph

iv Current mobile telephone number and e-
mail address

ENTRIES:
Please send a spiral-bound copy of entry
with the above requirements to: “The

Lagos”

GUIDELINES:
Paper Size= A4; Font Type= Times New
Roman; Font Size= 12; Spacing= Double-line
spacing; Length of Essay= 10pages (3000
words). In-text and citation of sources must
be made, also references (works cited) must
appear at the end of the essay and
Plagiarism in all forms is prohibited and will
attract outright disqualification of indicted
entries.

First Prize: N125,000.00 and 2 HRM

Second Prize: N100,000.00 and 2 HRM

Third Prize: N75,000.00 and 2 HRM Books
